Information for new & returning clients

This document provides important information for clients about what to expect when engaging in psychological services with Dr Bek. Details about our booking process, fees and rebates are also included. Please read the information carefully and let us know if you have any questions by emailing hello@drbek.com.au.

New client forms

If you are a New Client to Dr Bek, please complete and submit these forms prior to your first appointment. Clients intending to have sessions always or sometimes conducted by videoconference (telepractice services) should also complete the Online Consent form. A copy of the forms will be emailed to you on submission.

To book an appointment

We offer different availability for Online Only and Clinic sessions. 

If you want to attend an in-person session at our rooms at Bundall on the Gold Coast, Qld – select Clinic. 

For videoconference sessions you can choose from availability across both the Online Only and Clinic offerings.

Appointments out of usual working hours may be offered on request. Email hello@drbek.com.au with any specific timing requests outside of availability indicated in our booking system.
